A. BRADLEY MIMS

President & Chief Executive Officer

A. Bradley Mims has served as a transportation professional in government and the private sector for over 35 years. He has built an extensive government relations and multi-modal transportation portfolio. Mr. Mims most recently served as the transportation and infrastructure advisor to the Mid-Atlantic Laborers' Employers Cooperation and Education Trust (LECET). Mr. Mims holds a special affinity for the aviation industry, having previously worked as Vice President and Aviation Market Leader for Parsons Brinckerhoff and as Senior Associate for the transportation group at Booz Allen Hamilton. He also served in the Clinton administration at the US Department of Transportation and the Federal Aviation Administration. Read Mr. Mims' complete bio.

       

   

JALISSA D. COFFEE

Director of Operations

JaLissa D. Coffee hails from the great state of Ohio and has been around COMTO for many years. She has previously worked in education as an elementary school teacher and a college professor. Additionally, she spent some time working on Former Vice President Joe Biden’s Advance Team.

In her current role, Coffee is responsible for the day-to-day operations of COMTO and directs all events, operations, and logistics for the organization. JaLissa received her B.A. in Organizational Communications from Xavier University and her M.Ed. in Elementary Education from The University of Missouri, St. Louis. She enjoys spending time with her family and close friends, and takes great pride in being an aunt to her 12 nieces and nephews! 

       
     

 

mariah stanley

Program Manager

Mariah Stanley is an experienced Program Manager in the area of Workforce Development with a demonstrated history of working in the Transportation Industry. She is skilled in nonprofit management, government contracting, team building, proposal writing, and fundraising. She is a strong media and communications professional with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) focused in Business/Corporate Communications from Trinity Washington University. Previously, Mariah worked as an Educational Services Coordinator for the public transit sector, developing workforce programs and best practices in the areas of higher education and youth and student outreach. She also previously worked at COMTO, during her undergraduate years as the Special Assistant to the former President & CEO, Julie Cunningham.

       
     

Ronald D. Hart

Financial Manager

Ron Hart joined COMTO in January 2016 as Financial Manager. He comes to COMTO with over 25 years experience in association management. Ron has held positions from Director of Finance to Controller, and in 2001 started his own accounting and tax company providing accounting, consulting, and tax services to associations, businesses, and individuals.
