President & Chief Executive Officer

A. Bradley Mims has served as a transportation professional in government and the private sector for over 35 years. He has built an extensive government relations and multi-modal transportation portfolio. Mr. Mims most recently served as the transportation and infrastructure advisor to the Mid-Atlantic Laborers' Employers Cooperation and Education Trust (LECET). Mr. Mims holds a special affinity for the aviation industry, having previously worked as Vice President and Aviation Market Leader for Parsons Brinckerhoff and as Senior Associate for the transportation group at Booz Allen Hamilton. He also served in the Clinton administration at the US Department of Transportation and the Federal Aviation Administration. Read Mr. Mims' complete bio.



National Program Director

Brandi Williams joined the COMTO National staff in January 2016. Experienced in managing youth leadership programs, memberships, and events, she is responsible for managing COMTO's national programs and communications. Prior to joining the COMTO team, she coordinated an international human rights membership association, oversaw projects in 60+ countries, and managed a global grant-making program. Brandi holds a BA in Political Science, and an MA in International Studies from DePaul University in Chicago, IL.




Director of Operations

JaLissa D. Coffee hails from the great state of Ohio and has been around COMTO for many years. She has previously worked in education, event management and operations. She works with all COMTO events and logistics related to them. JaLissa received her B.A. in Organizational Communications from Xavier University and her M.Ed. in Elementary Education from The University of Missouri, St. Louis.



Membership Coordinator

Lauren Gunn coordinates all aspects of the COMTO National Office administrative activities as well as coordinates with the members on various items. Lauren has a background in development and fundraising. She graduated from Howard University with a degree in Political Science.


Ronald D. Hart

Financial Manager

Ron Hart joined COMTO in January 2016 as Financial Manager. He comes to COMTO with over 25 years experience in association management. Ron has held positions from Director of Finance to Controller, and in 2001 started his own accounting and tax company providing accounting, consulting, and tax services to associations, businesses, and individuals.
