Exhibitor Presentations

Exhibitors have the opportunity to conduct presentations with prime contractors and consultants to share their product or service.  15-minute presentation spaces are available on July 9 from 10am—5pm.

Exhibitor One-on-Ones

Exhibitors have the opportunity to hold one-on-one sessions with Expo attendees. These sessions are a valuable opportunity for professionals, contractors, vendors, or suppliers to share what they have. One-on-one appointments will take place on July 9 from 10am—5pm.

 

Attendee Information

If you are interested in networking with prime contractors and consultants participating in Exhibitor One-On-Ones on July 9, 2016, you must follow the instructions below:

 

1. Purchase your ticket to attend the Transportation Industry Expo

         - Each conference registration includes 1 Expo admission ticket

2. Email Rosalyn McDonald at info@comtodallas.org no later than June 27, 2016, you will be sent information of what firms are available for appointments on Saturday, July 9, 2016.

 

Key Dates

Exhibitors must pre-register by June 27, 2016 to reserve Presentation or One-on-One appointment slots. Please contact info@comtodallas.org for more information.

 

Please Note

  • Booth spaces are on a first come/first served basis. You will receive your booth assignment via email. 
  • Service Kits are available upon request.
  • Please contact Lauren Gunn at lgunn@comto.org to obtain your free or discounted Conference registration. Your exhibit space must be paid in full.
