46th Annual National Meeting & Training Conference

COMTO provides the following features to increase value of your exhibit investment: 

  • Ribbon cutting ceremony and opening reception inside the Exhibit Hall 
  • Prime exhibit hours throughout the Conference schedule
  • Food services and refreshment breaks inside the Exhibit Hall to attract attendees
  • Post-Conference attendees list to market your product or service


 

Exhibitor Rates

Option A—$1,995

  • 1 10’X10’ exhibit space with 1 6’ skirted table, 2 chairs, and 1 identification sign
  • 1 full conference registration
  • 2 complimentary exhibit-only passes for exhibit staff (includes access to the Exhibit Hall and complimentary Exhibit Hall food functions); cost for additional exhibit-only passes are $525 each
  • Company description in the Conference program (75 words or less, must be submitted by print deadline of June 3, 2016)

    • Booth spaces are on a first come/first served basis. You will receive your booth assignment via email. 
    • Service Kits are available upon request.
    • Please contact Lauren Gunn at lgunn@comto.org to obtain your free or discounted Conference registration. Your exhibit space must be paid in full.
