Attendee List

The conference attendee list will be updated every Friday at 10:00 AM EST.

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be made in writing. Click here for the complete cancellation and refund policy.

 

Conference Admission

Your Conference name badge must be worn at all times. It is your ticket to workshops, meetings, and networking sessions. Separate tickets to meals and signature events will be included with your name badge. 

   

Registration / Payment 

COMTO accepts American Express, MasterCard, and VISA for payments. You may also select "Check" during the check-out process, which will allow you to print an invoice and mail it to COMTO along with your check. Full payment is due within 15 business days of registration. All registrants must pay in full prior to the Conference. Only those who have paid in full will be admitted to conference sessions, activities, meals, and events.


Special Needs/Dietary Requirements

Please indicate any special needs or mobility or dietary requirements during registration.


All cancellation requests for Conference registrations must be received in writing, and submitted to Lauren Gunn at lgunn@comto.org by June 9, 2017 to receive a refund, less a $50.00 cancellation fee. It is the responsibility of the attendee to ensure the cancellation request is received. No requests for registration refunds will be honored after 11:59pm EST on June 9, 2017. Substitutions will be welcomed.
