45th Annual National Meeting & Training Conference 

21ST CENTURY MULTIMODAL TRANSPORTATION: THE FUTURE IS NOW

COMTO will host its annual National Meeting and Training Conference -- the nation's premier gathering of professionals in the transportation industry -- in Dallas, TX at the Dallas Omni Hotel from July 8-12, 2016. COMTO's annual conference brings together more than 600 industry leaders for 4 days of networking, learning, and collaboration. Join us this year as we embark upon a fully multi-modal experience!


ONLINE REGISTRATION IS OPEN THROUGH 9AM EST ON JULY 5. ALL REGISTRATIONS AFTER THIS MUST BE PURCHASED ON-SITE in dallas.

COMTO accepts American Express, MasterCard, and VISA for payments. You may also select "Check" during the check-out process, which will allow you to print an invoice and mail it to COMTO along with your check. Payments are due within 15 business days.

Spouse/Guest registrations include all meals and open (ie. non-invitation only) receptions and meetings on the published conference schedule. These registrations are reserved for a spouse or guest of the primary registrant only.

 

Sunday OnlyMonday Only, and Tuesday Only registrations include all meals, workshops, sessions, and open (ie. non-invitation only) receptions and meetings on the published conference schedule for the selected date(s).

 

*Welcome to Dallas Reception is an a la carte registration option that includes one ticket to the reception, held at the Perot Museum of Nature and Science on July 11, 2016 from 7:00 PM - 12:00 AM. Full conference registrations and Monday Only registrations already include one ticket to this event. 

  

**Industry Awards Full Table is an a la carte option that includes 1 reserved table of 8 seats at the Industry Awards Banquet, held at the Dallas Omni Hotel on July 12 from 7:00 PM - 11:00 PM. Click here to purchase or sponsor a reserved table at this event. COMTO will hold these tickets at Registration. You are required to provide COMTO with the names for all 8 tickets by Tuesday, July 5, or COMTO will provide you with all 8 tickets to distribute at your own discretion. Quantities are extremely limited.


      

Registration and Payment

All registrants must pay in full prior to the conference. Only those who have paid in full will be admitted to conference sessions, activities, meals, and events.


Speakers/Presenter Registration

COMTO requires all speakers, presenters, moderators, and discussion leaders to register for the conference. Please contact Lauren Gunn at lgunn@comto.org for more information.


Spouse/Guest Registration

The spouse/guest registration is intended for the spouse or guest(s) of a primary registrant, and is for meals only. COMTO members may not register as a spouse/guest. All spouses or guests, including children of attendees, must have a guest badge and ticket to attend meals.


Conference Admission

Your Conference name badge must be worn at all times. It is your ticket to workshops, meetings, and networking sessions. Separate tickets to meals and signature events will be included with your name badge.

If you have special needs or dietary requirements, please indicate those needs during registration.
