The goals, objectives and strategies contained in this Strategic Plan are a direct result of COMTO's commitment to identifying and meeting the needs of its membership. The new Strategic Plan fully embraces the history of COMTO while providing a roadmap to the future, recognizing the challenges and opportunities that members will face along the way.

Designed to build upon the continued legacy of ensuring full access to employment, promotion and contract opportunities, this version of the Strategic Plan prepares COMTO to keep pace with the rapidly evolving industry while anticipating future goals and accomplishments.
