To register using a credit card, please proceed through the online registration process. If you would like to pay by check, please download the registration form and mail it to COMTO, Department 3290, Washington, DC 20042-3290.
To receive a refund, written notification must be submitted to COMTO by emailing email@example.com. All cancellations made on or before May 31, 2011 will receive a refund less a 25% processing fee. After May 31 no refunds will be issued. There is a $25 fee for all checks not honored by the bank.
